David is a chartered taxation surveyor who has extensive experience and knowledge in all capital allowances matters, previously working for large corporate firms and private niche practices, advising on multi-million pound developments and acquisitions/disposals to local investors or occupiers in all sectors of the commercial real estate market.
David heads up the northern offering for Veritas for both established and new clients and has been successful in identifying millions of pounds of tax relief whether working for the client directly or through client representatives such as accountants or solicitors.
Because of this, David has presented and held seminars on capital allowances with a particular focus on ensuring the various stakeholders are fully aware of the procedures involved, legislative application and identifying the various pitfalls all of which demonstrate how crucial it is to speak to a capital allowances expert.
