Capital Allowances are still being overlooked across all property sectors due to misunderstanding of the legislation, failure to identify opportunities to claim and assuming that information passed across from previous owners is comprehensive and accurate. Here we show some examples of properties we have recently advised on, many of which it was initially assumed little or no allowances were available.
